1. Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy
At ISLALINGUA, we strive to provide a seamless and enriching learning experience for all our students. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both students and instructors, we have established the following guidelines.
1.1 Booking Lessons
- •Lessons can only be booked once payment is completed.
- •All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- •We allow rescheduling or cancellations, as long as they are made at least 12 hours before the lesson start time.
- •Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be considered completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.
1.3 Punctuality
- •Lessons will start at the scheduled time.
- •If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.

2. Refund Policy
At ISLALINGUA, we are committed to delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring a great learning experience for all our students. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have a strict no-refund policy.
2.1 No Refund Policy
All payments made for lessons, packages, or subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
2.2 Rescheduling Instead of Refunds
While refunds are not possible, we do offer flexible rescheduling options when the cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance.
3. Pricing & Lesson Structure
We aim to provide a clear and structured approach to our lesson offerings to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience for every student.
3.1 Pricing Per Person & Per Course
- •The prices listed for our courses are per person and per course.
- •The total hours purchased cannot be split across different courses.
